The Book Industry Conference 2009 will take place on the 1st and 2nd June at the Wellcome Trust Conference Centre, Cambridgeshire.

The Conference, hosted by the Booksellers Association, is a crucial debate for the current times, and this year sees a sharper new format, for both the conference and the British Book Industry Awards.

The British Book Industry Awards will take place on the evening of 1st June, in theatre-style format in the Wellcome Trust Auditorium. Pre-award drinks and post-awards reception will be in the historic Hinxton Hall, which is 1 minute's walk from the theatre.
